"I brought the cookies to work a few days ago and amid comments such as, "I love them," "these are like Krispy Kreme donuts - you just have to keep eating more," "scrumptious," "these are really good,"and "these are great - chewy and delicious," the predominate comment was, "how come you didn't make more?" They were all gone in about 10 minutes. I have never enjoyed baking cookies because: it's usually a several step, several bowl, messy process; they take a long time to make and bake; and, the cookie sheets are hard to clean (I never could get into the habit of using parchment paper - I was always afraid it would catch on fire!). The only time I bake cookies these days is around the holidays when I give cookies as gifts to friends, and we have a cookie exchange at work. Your cookies, however, were SO easy to make and slid right off the cookie sheets - not to mention the irresistible smell while they were baking. It made the house feel warm and cozy and reminded me of my grandmother, who was an amazing baker - and used lots of cinnamon!
I made the apple cake last night. I threw in some blueberries because I didn't have enough apples (I hope that was not sacrilegious),
and it came out great - very moist. I brought it to work this morning and we had it for breakfast because we did not have enough self control
to wait until after lunch.. Hey, it's healthy, it has fruit in it!!"

I tasted your Oatmeal (raisin) Cookies over the holidays. I thought my friend had made them. She told me they were purchased at the local Nice and Easy store. I had a friend check out all the stores because I just had to have them again. She found a bag for me. I just made them myself tonight. Again, the best I have ever eaten, and at my age, 69yrs... I have eaten many oatmeal raisen cookies. Please let me know what stores near me carry them. Thank you,
